- Booking details. When you book a Wealth Setup Session, you provide your name, email address, and optionally a phone number through Zoom Scheduler. This information is collected and processed by Zoom on our behalf.
- Communications. Anything you share with our team during or after a session (for example, questions you ask over WhatsApp or email).
Information collected automatically
- Usage data. Standard web logs and analytics: pages visited, approximate location (city level), device and browser type.
- Advertising identifiers. If you arrive from an advertisement, campaign parameters (such as UTM tags, Google click ID, or Meta click ID) may be attached to your visit and passed to our scheduling page so we know which campaign brought you here.
- Cookies and pixels. We may use analytics and advertising cookies (for example Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel) to measure campaign performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
2. How we use information
- To schedule and conduct the Zoom session you booked, and to follow up with you about it.
- To answer your questions about the Dynamic Portfolio and, if you choose, to onboard you as a client.
- To measure which advertisements and pages perform, and to improve the Site.
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations, including SEBI record-keeping requirements where applicable.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Third-party services
The Site relies on the following third-party processors, each governed by its own privacy policy:

- YouTube (embedded video, served in privacy-enhanced mode) — Google Privacy Policy
- Google and Meta advertising and analytics, where enabled.
4. Data retention
Booking and client records are retained as long as needed to provide services and to meet legal and regulatory retention requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
5. Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to access, correct, and request erasure of your personal data, and to raise a grievance about how it is handled. 6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children
The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
