The Site provides information about the Dynamic Portfolio (Automated Algo Portfolio) offered by Pathfinders, and lets you book a free introductory Zoom session. Content on the Site is educational and informational. It is not investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any security. 2. No guarantee of outcomes
Nothing on this Site promises or guarantees any return, profit or outcome. Investments in securities markets are subject to market risks, including possible loss of capital. Any decision you make after using the Site or attending a session is your own, made at your own risk.
3. Booking a session
The Wealth Setup Session is free and carries no obligation to purchase anything. Bookings are handled by Zoom Scheduler under Zoom's own terms. We may reschedule or cancel sessions when necessary and will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to disrupt it, scraping it at scale, misrepresenting your identity when booking, or using Site content to mislead others.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, design, graphics, video and illustrations — belongs to Pathfinders or its licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute it commercially without written permission.
6. Third-party services
The Site links to and embeds services from third parties (YouTube, Zoom, advertising platforms). We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices; their own terms govern your use of them.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pathfinders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the Site, including investment losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or affects your statutory rights as an investor under SEBI regulations.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any investor grievance remedy available through SEBI (including the SCORES portal at scores.sebi.gov.in).
